However, since each product is hand-made and made to order, please understand that there may be some creation time required. Please kindly note that any taxes or duties imposed by customs authorities in the destination country are not included in the international delivery costs. It will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay for any applicable duties or taxes. Also, please note that HeyFancyStyle has no control over any import fees charged and cannot be held liable for payment of any duties or taxes.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive both shipping confirmation and tracking details.
If your item has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we can assist you in updating your address. Simply send us an email at email@example.com immediately with all the necessary information, and we will take care of the rest. Please note that it is crucial to contact us as soon as possible to avoid any complications.
To ensure that your package is delivered accurately and on time, we kindly request you to double-check that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Please ensure to use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and route information (if applicable). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered packages if the address information provided is inaccurate or entered incorrectly during the time of purchase.
Returns & Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return gets approved, we will email you with a return shipping address so you can ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be informed that certain items are not eligible for returns, such as custom products (including personalized items and special orders) and personal care goods (including beauty and swimwear products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for underwear, lingerie, swimwear bottoms (including one-pieces and sets), garments with inbuilt underwear, jewelry, and accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that we do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels at this time. Any shipping costs associated with returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We recommend taking a picture of the wrong product as it will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Our team will work with you to make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
We understand that circumstances may arise where customers may need to cancel their orders. However, once an order has been placed, our team works diligently to ensure prompt processing and shipping. As a result, cancelling orders may not be possible and could negatively impact our workflow and other customers' orders. We recommend that customers consider our return policy and initiate a return once they receive the products for a refund. Our team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding our return process.
We will inform you of the approval status of your refund after receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method, but it may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account due to the processing time of your bank or credit card company. Please note that the original shipping fee, if applicable, is non-refundable.
Since all of our products are made to order and customized, once sold out it is highly unlikely that we will restock them. We encourage our customers to purchase their desired products as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Additionally, we recommend signing up for our email list to stay updated in case we do restock a product. This will ensure you are one of the first to know and have the opportunity to purchase it again.
