At HEYFANCYSTYLE, each piece is produced in limited quantities with attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our items, we kindly ask that you review the following terms before placing your order:

All Sales Final

All purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Items — Absolute Final Sale

All custom-made and made-to-order pieces are strictly and absolutely final sale. These items are produced exclusively for each individual client based on their order and specifications and therefore cannot be resold, restocked, or reassigned.

Size Selection

We provide detailed size charts to assist with accurate selection. Please double-check your size before ordering, as we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. HEYFANCYSTYLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We recommend using a secure, attended shipping address.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address during checkout. If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided—even if entered incorrectly—we cannot offer refunds or replacements. If the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed, as they enter production immediately to meet delivery timelines.
