We take pride in offering custom-made products of the highest quality. As our items are crafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. In extremely rare situations, where refunds are granted, please note that we will deduct 15% for a restocking fee on top of $10 shipping fee we've paid to ship the custom creation to you.

Initiating an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your exchange gets approved, we will email you with a return shipping address so you can ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exchange Shipping Label
At this time, we do not provide pre-paid exchange shipping labels. Exchange-related shipping costs shall be borne by the customer in full.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
We understand that circumstances may arise where customers may need to cancel their orders. However, once an order has been placed, our team works diligently to ensure prompt processing and shipping. As a result, canceling orders may not be possible and could negatively impact our workflow and other customers' orders.
