For international shipments, the consignee/buyer is responsible for importing the goods and authorizes us to do so on their behalf. The consignee may also authorize a subcontractor, such as a customs broker, to import the goods. The consignee is responsible for paying any taxes and duties associated with the purchase of the goods, in addition to the purchase price.
We want to give you a heads up that there is a creation time for all orders that is separate from the shipping time. This means that your order may take a few extra days to process before it's shipped out to you. The creation time may take 1-2 weeks.

In the event that you refuse a shipment from heyfancystyle.com, you will be responsible for covering the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. Any credit issued will be deducted by the total amount of these charges.
